Portland Oregon Multiple Listing Search (MLS)

The Portland Oregon Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is an open system. This means that any member Realtor can display all of the currently available homes for sale in Portland on their personal or company web site (called IDX). If you cannot find a property on the Portland MLS that you saw yesterday, it is because the property has either gone sale pending or has been taken off the market. The Portland Multiple Listing Service (MLS) requires all sites to update at least every 24 hours. The user interface you experience for the MLS will vary from site to site and you may find that you like one better than another. I chose my MLS Interface because of its many features. You can search by almost any criteria or by using the map instead of data, and the addition of Google Street View which allows you to see up and down the street of the home you are looking at. We also have 'Walk Score'. The ability to search for foreclosures specifically is also helpful. We also provide you with the the price history and time on market. This makes bargain shopping much easier.
